白名单acl <https://raw.nameless13.com/api/public/dl/z3gfmvIn/nobanAD.acl>\
&#x20;替换后关闭ss然后代理设置-更新全部白名单-再打开ss才会生效  一般使用**白名单**就可以了 acl自动是 gfw模式 其他acl地址网站: <https://github.com/ACL4SSR/ACL4SSR><br>

然后插件的proxy改为如下图

这样就相当于全局模式了 可以自己更改成全局容易认然后新建情景模式pac创建如下图

白名单pac地址  <https://raw.githubusercontent.com/breakwa11/gfw_whitelist/master/whiteiplist.pac>   来自 <https://github.com/breakwa11/gfw_whitelist>  项目 gfw自行搜 [autoproxy.pac](https://gist.github.com/everpcpc/6953102)  的项目吧\
选择pac 把地址复制进去 然后立即更新和应用选项

更新后默认的是1080的  点击X后把1080修改为1086后应用就可以了

最后进阶使用auto swich  默认情景选pac  上面可以根据自己需求把一些不走代理的网址也走进去 达到适合自己

最后关于ngr为什么测速是通的但是连接不上是因为gfw封锁ip是tcp封锁 ngr是icmp测所以就算icmp通也不代表能连接到服务器
